For Kovalik, the match against Nardi will also be the eighty-ninth match played in his career against an Italian opponent, with an overall record of 49 wins and 39 losses.

The derby between the qualifier Samuel Vincent Ruggeri and the wildcard Enrico Dalla Valle, last year’s winner in the M25 final on the red clay of Cattolica with a score of 64 62, has also been canceled. Likewise, the match of Franco Agamennone will be rescheduled, as he will try to bring his career head-to-head record to 2-0 against the French world no.187 Matteo Martineau, whom he defeated in the 2021 semifinals of the M25 in Bourg-en-Bresse.
